Bacon and Cheese Sandwiches

Makes 6 servings
2 1/2 cups Cheeder Cheese - grated
12 slices crisp bacon - crumbled
4-ounce jar pimiento - drained OR use roasted red pepper
3 green onions - chopped finely
1/4 cup mayonnaise
6 6-inch French bread rools - sliced lengthwise
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Spread 3/4 cup cheese mixture on one side of rolls. Season with fresh pepper and top with other half of roll. Wrap in foil. Bake 350 for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
