Tips for Pie

Keep pie edges from burning by covering the edges with foil. Our pumpkin pie edges seemed to burn almost every time, and using the foil on the edges has helped to produce a nice flaky crust.

An easy way to make whipped cream. Use heavy whipping cream, dash of vanilla extract, and couple of teaspoons of sugar and whip to desired thickness.
