  Tips for Honey

  When measuring honey, molasses, or syrup, oil the measuring spoon or cup first so the honey will come off easily.

Don't throw out crystallized honey. Place the jar in a pan of hot water until softened. Then mix until the honey is smooth.

To keep the honey that's in the jar from making a mess in your cupboard, place the jar on a plastic lid. This helps to catch any drips that come down the sides.
