  Tips for Dying Easter Eggs

  - Wrap the egg with some rubber bands before dipping into the egg dye for a neat effect.

- When still wet, place some colored tissue paper on the egg in different places and allow to dry. The tissue paper falls off once the egg is dry, and the dye from the tissue paper stays on.

- Use vinegar to help the colors adhere to the eggs. Use natural dyes to dye your eggs. Beets can be used to make the dye red, blueberries for blue dye, coffee or tea for brown dye, etc. 

- Use crayons to write on designs and once they are died the designs show. The dye does not stick to the waxy crayons.
